Our UNIX Administration department has over 45 collective years of hands-on server time. We are responsible for all servers, coding and in-house tool development.  Additional services include:

  • E-mail: Including POP3, IMAP, webmail and outbound SMTP services. We maintain an in-house white- branded solution, as well as, oversee many installations created with open software. Our in-house product is located within our server farm, which has ringed connectivity, long-term generator power, redundant hardware and off-site data backups.
  • Managed DNS Services: Hosted and Managed DNS services.
  • Anti-spam and Anti-virus: Protection for all of our hosted email boxes is provided.
  • Broadband Network Gateway Solutions: RADIUS, AAA, DNS, Subscriber provisioning via API or web GUI.
  • Cable Modem Registration: CableView product, which allows for provisioning and management of cable modem subscribers providing an in-depth look at modem statistics, as well as, mapping capabilities for pinpointing outages.
  • Billing integration: CNI can discuss with your team how best to integrate with your environment.
  • Per User Bandwidth Usage: Allows you to view usage per customer and create metered packages.
  • Hardware background: Virtualized environment or physical servers, CNI has an extensive history of sourcing, configuring, installation and deployment.
